SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

 Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you will get an additional email with the tracking number.

 

SHIPPING

We offer free U.S. standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all orders over $100! For any orders under $50, we charge $6.90 for standard shipping times.
Free worldwide shipping on orders above $180.

 

Cāddee Jewels is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package (weather, COVID-19, operations etc.). Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support if your delivery was delayed.  

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are not responsible for the local custom duties and taxes that are subject to all international orders and this responsibility lays with the recipient. The international duties and tax costs are not included in our shipping fees. If you have any questions regarding this, we recommend to contact your local post office. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Cāddee Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.  

If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In the unfortunate situations as such, you can contact your local USPS directly.  Cāddee Jewels shall in no way be required to issue a refund.

Upon inquiry, Cāddee Jewels will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

MISSED DELIVERY & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

USPS will return the package to our location. Once your package is returned a customer service representative will personally contact you. Once confirmed that your package has arrived, you may choose to receive a full refund or reshipment.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 All sales are final for sanitation reasons. We are unable to process any refunds, returns or exchanges.

All items are packed with extra care and attention to ensure they arrive in the best condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your package.
